    HOW DO I RETURN OR WITHDRAW FROM MY PURCHASE?

    If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Consumers in the European Union also have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

    You can exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return by:

    Please provide your name and order number when submitting your request. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

    Only items purchased directly from WEEDUCATION LLC will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact the respective retailer directly.

    Returned items should be returned unused, in the same condition in which they were received and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation.

    Products that have been personalized and certain digital products that have already been fully delivered following the customer's express consent may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

    WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?

    Please contact our Customer Support team through our Support page to start the return process. Please include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Proof of purchase

    • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

    • Complete delivery address

    • Contact telephone number

    In some cases, you may be required to provide a video or photo of the defective product to process a refund or replacement.

    HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

    Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your returned item or your cancellation request. We will email you to confirm once your return or cancellation has been processed.

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days after the refund has been approved. Please contact your card issuer with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

    If you have not yet received your refund, please first contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

    HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    You can request a cancellation by logging into your customer account at https://www.elcapitanbrand.com/account and submitting a cancellation request, or by contacting us through our Support page as soon as possible.

    Please provide your order number and the requested modification or cancellation. We will confirm once your request has been processed.

    Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
